This policy describes what personal information xplo.space collects, why, and how you can remove it. xplo.space is operated by Alt9Lab. If you have any question about this policy, write to hello@alt9lab.com.
What we collect
We collect only the email address you enter into the waitlist form. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting on this site.
Why we collect it
Your email is used for one purpose: to send you a single notification when xplo is open to early users. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your email on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to hello@alt9lab.com.
Where it is stored
Waitlist emails are stored in a Supabase database (Supabase, Inc., United States) configured as a data processor on our behalf. Supabase processes the data under standard contractual clauses where applicable.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until xplo launches and the launch notification is sent, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After the launch notification, we delete the waitlist or migrate the addresses with renewed consent into the live product’s account system.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- have it deleted,
- receive it in a portable format,
- withdraw consent at any time,
- complain to a supervisory authority in your country.

Children
xplo.space is not designed for users under 16. We don’t ask for age when you sign up. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe a child has joined the waitlist, write to hello@alt9lab.com and we’ll delete the entry.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated to people on the waitlist before they take effect.
